Welcome to the second month of our '90s Movie of the Month Club. Below are the '90s movies that were released in the month of February. Just like last month, February has traditionally been considered one of the 'dump months' for movie studios. According to wikipedia 'The dump months are what the film community calls the two periods of the year when there are lowered commercial and critical expectations for most new releases. Audiences during these periods are smaller than the rest of the year, so no tentpole movies are released.'
Dump month or not, when we averaged the rotten tomato score for every film on our list we got... 86%
